 Call meeting to order.

 Open Visitors Forum: At this time, any person with business not scheduled may speak to the board.  No formal action may be taken.
3.
 Consider approval of March 13, 2008 regular meeting minutes.
4.
 Consider approval of March 28, 2008 special meeting minutes.
5.
 Consider approval of the March 2008 financial statements.
6.
 Consider approval of the April 2008 financial statements.
7.
 Consider acceptance of the second quarter, fiscal year 2008, report of investment transactions for the Denco Area 9-1-1 District in accordance with its investment policy.
8.
 Consider resolution approving the “Draft” Denco Area 9-1-1 District Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Plan.
9.
 Consider resolution amending the Denco Area 9-1-1 District Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Plan.
10.
 Consider resolution authorizing the executive director to enter into an agreement with A&A Landscape and Irrigation for the construction of a drainage system diverting ground water from under and around the Denco Area 9-1-1 District Office and Training Facility.
11.
 Discuss and consider the Denco Area 9-1-1 District position on Texas 9-1-1 Alliance, legislative and regulatory matters.
12.
 Hear staff reports.
