 Open Visitors Forum: At this time, any person with business not scheduled may speak to the board. No formal action may be taken.

 Consider recommendation naming Jackie Cottongame, Highland Village Police Department, and Stacy Inscore, Denton County Sheriff's Department, as recipients of the 2009 Dr. Allen Groff Emergency Medical Dispatch Memorial Scholarship.
4.
 Consider consent agenda:

 Consider approval of the January 15, 2009 regular meeting minutes.
 
b.
 Consider approval of the January 2009 financial statements.
 
c.
 Consider resolution naming PointBank as district depository for a two-year term beginning on April 15, 2009.

 Consider approval of the February 2009 financial statements.

 Discuss and consider Denco Area 9-1-1 District position on Texas 9-1-1 Alliance, regulatory and legislative matters.
