Open Visitors Forum: At this time, any person with business not scheduled may speak to the board. No formal action may be taken.

 Consider naming Nancy Beckley, Carrollton Police Department and Bonnie Putnam, Denton County Sheriff's Department, as recipients of the 2010 Dr. Allen Groff Emergency Medical Dispatch Memorial Scholarship.

 Consider the consent agenda.

 Consider approval of January 14, 2010 regular meeting minutes.

 Consider approval of the January 2010 financial statements.

 Consider approval of the February 2010 financial statements.

 Discuss progress on the expansion of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District Office and Training Facility.

 Discuss the status of the Denco Next Generation 9-1-1 Request for Proposal and Procurement project.

 Discuss and consider an amendment to the Denco Area 9-1-1 District Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Plan, moving budgeted expenditures between budget categories.

 Discuss and consider Denco Area 9-1-1 District position on Texas 9-1-1 Alliance, regulatory and legislative matters.

 Hear staff reports.
