Denco 9-1-1 is a respected provider of 9-1-1 training whose reputation for excellence extends far beyond the boundaries of our North Texas service area. Each year, we provide roughly 14,000 hours of telecommunicator training to emergency professionals from across the state and across the nation.

We offer all courses required for telecommunicators to obtain and renew their Texas Telecommunicator license, and we’re proud to be a licensed contract training provider and licensure testing facility for the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. Classes are taught by our own staff of experts, as well as other active public safety personnel who serve as subject matter experts for key certification subjects.
